Historical wooden house with an authentic atmosphere and a beautiful view of the hilly landscape

This house is very close to Zawada, in very quiet surroundings, and near a forest. It is only about 32km to Krakow.

The special feature of this wooden house from the year 1871 is that most of the furniture and fittings are from that time. They give the house a very special charm. The accommodation with around 65m² of living space consists of a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and two single beds, a second bedroom with two beds, a cupboard and a desk. All the single beds measure 90 x 190cm. The fully-equipped kitchen, which also has a TV, is equipped with a two-ring electric hob, a microwave and a fridge. The bathroom has a shower. Most of the furniture is antique.

There is a large private garden with an orchard and you are welcome to sample the grapes. The whole garden is enclosed by a hedge. There are also shady places in the garden and there is a separate area for a campfire.

The area is perfect for guests with children and dogs. You can spend your holiday in a quit area, close to nature, whilst also being able to enjoy the charm of the town Krakow, listed by UNESCO. There are two shops nearby.

    “Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Wer gerne mal eine Woche auf Luxus verzichtet und eher minimalistischer Leben will ist bestens dort aufgehoben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man brauch Töpfe,Pfannen,Geschirr etc.
    Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Des Weieteren hat sich unser Hund und wir sehr über den sehr großen Garten gefreut. Dort konnte man gut toben, hervorragend unter den Weintrauben essen oder ein gemütliches Lagerfeuer machen!”

    “Die Ausstattung ist einfach gehalten, aber okay. Uns persönlich fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine und eine einfache Liege für den Garten. Das Haus ist einfach süß und der Garten ist auch sehr schön. Man schafft das Objekt nur via Navigation zu finden, es ist recht versteckt. Das Haus war sauber und genug Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe sind vorhanden.”
