Holiday House in Funtana with Barbecue and Terrace
This newly-built holiday house with a pool, terrace, garden and balcony is in the middle of a little touristic fishing village, to the south of Porec on the west coast of Istria. The village is surrounded by many bays and little islands towards the sea, and borders inland on pine and oak forests, vineyards and olive groves. The village is easily accessible along the road from Porec to Vrsar.
The house provides 200m² of living space and can accommodate eight people on two floors. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cosy living room, as well as a separate dining room with an integrated kitchen. The first two bedrooms each provide a generous and comfortable double bed, with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds, separated by a bedside table with a reading lamp. Two of the bedrooms open onto the balcony. In the living room you can sit on a comfortable sofa suite behind a desk, relaxing by a crackling fire in the fireplace stove and enjoying entertainment provided by a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a TV USB port for your own films. On one side of the dining room there is a fully-equipped kitchen, while on the other side there is a big dining table with plenty of space to dine together. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a gas stove with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine and a toaster, for comprehensive self-catering. The two bathrooms each have a shower, washbasin and WC, as well as a washing machine. The living and dining room are fitted with air conditioning units, while the bedrooms have fans. All the bedrooms open onto the balcony through an external door. Free wireless Internet access is available indoors.
The rear part of the house has a tiled terrace with two benches by a dining table on the veranda, so you can enjoy meals outdoors together. The balcony also has seating for four people. There are deckchairs by the pool (8 x 4m) for sunbathing. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden.
It is 200 metres to the centre, lined with many restaurants. The bays with grass beaches are only 300 metres away. There are shopping facilities 100 metres away. There is a tennis court nearby.
