The standig individually holiday home is rustic furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location in the forest. For use are available: sunbathing area, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

Smiljan, district Bužim. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment is in a quiet location with a large green area. The access goes via a field or forest path (rubble or gravel). Parking lot on the property.
