This cosy and uniquely designed holiday home near the beach is ideal not only for spending time with family or a group of friends, but also for pursuing individual interests. There is a small table set in front of the bathroom. Three steps lead to the living room with two seating areas. The separate dining room is also suitable for playing games or chit-chatting in between mealtimes. The bedrooms on the top floor have sloping ceilings and a sink. In the neighbourhood, you will also find a 27-hole golf course, a high ropes course, extensive walking and biking routes, beach cafe, dog beach and the sea platform 'Hohwachter Flunder'

    “Die Ausstattung war ausreichend bis gut, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Grundstück selbst war gepflegt, leider nicht vollständig eingezäunt wie wir es für den Hund erwartet hatte. Die Standnähe macht es jedoch attraktiv ebenso wie der Nahe Hundebadestrand. Und es gibt um Hohwacht herum viel Sehenswertes. Die Vermieter sind für Fragen offen und gut ansprechbar, dabei jedoch unaufdringlich. Wir danken für die gute Zeit.”

    “Küche ist einfach ausgestattet, aber ausreichend für sechs Personen, gelegentliche Engpässe, so dass öfters gespült werden musste.
    Waschmaschine und Staubsauger funktionierten trotz ihres Alters tadellos. Raumangebot der Zimmer ist top. Lage zur See ist traumhaft, nur wenige Minuten bis zum Sandstrand.

    Objekt liegt in einer Sackgasse mit direkt angrenzenden sehr großem Wiesengrundstück. Kinder können auch zum Spielen ohne Gefahr rausgelassen werden. Jahreszeitlich hatten wir extrem viel Mücken. an den Schlafzimmern war jeweils ein Mückengitter angebracht, in den Wohnräumen und im Bad jedoch nicht. Wegen der Mücken konnte auch nicht der große Freisitz am Abend genutzt werden.

    Vermieter wohnt im Nachbarhaus, so dass Rücksprachen/Service/Mängelbeseitigung sofort und unkompliziert möglich waren. Preis/Leistung waren TOP. Insgesamt würden wir es wieder buchen.”
