Residence Mala is a family house located in Funtana, just 100m from the well-maintained beaches. Restaurants, shops and the marina are a few minutes' walk away.
A total of 4 newly furnished apartments are for rent in the house, one apartment is for 4 guests , two for 2 guests and one for 3 guests. On the fully fenced garden of 400m2 guests have available for shared use: swimming pool with salt water, sunbeds and umbrellas, garden furniture for outdoor dining, covered brick barbecue, and covered parking for bicycles. Host lives at the ground floor , and several parking spaces are located in front of the house.
Apartment Residence Mala 3 for 2 persons is located on the 1st floor of the house, with a total area of 30m2, and consists of a living room with a kitchen, a dining table and access to a balcony with a sofa and a view of the sea, and one bedroom and a shower/ toilet. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available and included in the price.
Youth groups are not allowed.
Final cleaning is additionally charged 30,-Eur on the spot.

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
