Newly built luxury villa Beatrice is located in Starigrad, a small town in northern Dalmatia, right at the foot of the Velebit mountains. This beauty is located only 80 meters from the sea and offers you a fantastic view of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, which you will enjoy like a king! This modern villa is ready to open its doors for a maximum of 14, optimally 12 people. It is ideal for large families with children or a larger group of friends who want to enjoy full luxury! You have 280 m2 of living space at your disposal, the total area of the property is 600 m2. The nearest pebble beach is 100 meters away and offers an excellent opportunity for fun, swimming and exploring the sea depths. The villa is fully air-conditioned and guests are comfortably accommodated on the top floor in 6 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200) and associated bathrooms. The rooms also have a terrace where you can drink your morning coffee or simply enjoy the view. On the first floor, prepare your favorite dishes for your family and friends in the modern kitchen and enjoy delicious dinners at the dining table in the dining room! There is also a bar with 4 bar stools in the kitchen. The spacious living room is a place for social afternoons with a good movie or your favorite series. Children can play PlayStation. We believe that the outdoor terrace will delight you the most, thanks to the heated pool of 40 m2, 1.4 meters deep and the lounge area right next to the pool with seating. Next to it, on the lawn, there are deck chairs for sunbathing. You can also use the outdoor grill and summer kitchen, where you can show off your culinary skills and prepare delicious fish or meat dishes and read books on the covered outdoor seating in the shade of a pine tree! Romantic evenings are spent in the hot tub, occasionally with a good glass of wine, while you rest your body and mind in the sauna and enjoy the tranquility. Other facilities you can use during your stay in this beautiful villa include a washing machine, 1 separate toilet and a sofa bed for 2 more people. If you have children with you on your vacation, a feeding trough and a crib are available. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 2 pets by prior arrangement and payment, which will especially please guests who want to bring their four-legged friends on vacation. The yard of the villa is completely fenced and there are 6 parking spaces outside. The villa also has a charger for electric cars. Paklenica National Park is the perfect getaway for those who love hiking and climbing or enjoying the beautiful nature. Fans of the movie Winnetou, an Indian hero from the Wild West, can visit the museum of the same name, which is located nearby. Do not miss to visit the city center of Zadar, which is only half an hour away by car. All lovers of cultural and historical monuments and sights will enjoy this source of historical heritage that dates back to prehistoric times. Zadar, also known as a three thousand year old city, is one of the cities with the largest number of preserved historical monuments in Croatia. The most famous landmark, besides the Roman Forum, one of the largest preserved forums in Europe, is the Church of St. Donata from the 9th century. Numerous Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance churches will delight all lovers of history and culture. Near Zadar there is another historical town with a similar historical and cultural landmark called Nin.
