The ground floor features an open-plan layout, connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room has a couch and chairs for relaxation, while the dining area has a small table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a fireplace/barbecue. What makes the kitchen unique is its versatility - the space can be adjusted to suit your preference - whether half-open, open, or closed with a glass sliding wall. When opened, it seamlessly connects with the outdoor space near the pool, creating a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor living.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, TVs, and air conditioning.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom, one with a shower, and the other with a bath and shower.

The pool will not be available (closed) in the following periods: from 01.02 until 01.04.2024 and from 01.11 until 01.02.2025.
