Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Okrug Gornji, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: garden with plants, swimming pool angular (11 x 4 m, depth 120 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 12.Sep.) with salt water and internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Steep motor access to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 250 m, restaurant 1.5 km, pebble beach 100 m, rocky beach 20 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.

    “Super! Einfach nur klasse! Das Haus und die Gartenanlage sind ein Traum, sehr sauber, gepflegt, man merkt, da kümmert sich jemand drum! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und um das Wohl seiner Gäste besorgt! Wir durften sogar alleine mit seinem Boot rumschippern :-)
    Direkt an das Grundstück angrenzend das klare, saubere Meer in einer kleinen Bucht.
    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich nach etwa 500m (klitzekleiner Laden), und 1,5km (gut ausgestatteter Markt).”

    “Die Lage und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung waren durchaus OK. Absolut inakzeptabel war jedoch die Stromversorgung. Direkt bei unserer Ankunft fiel der Strom auf der gesamten Insel für ca. 20 Stunden komplett aus. Dieses wäre noch zu verkraften gewesen, jedoch war auch an allen Folgetagen lediglich eine Stromspannung von ca. 170 Volt, anstatt der notwendigen 220 - 230 Volt vorhanden.(Angaben des Hauseigentümers) Dieses hatte wiederum zur Folge, dass wir keinerlei Satellitenfernsehen empfangen konnten, lediglich kroatisches Fernsehen über Antenne war möglich.(wir sprechen dieses Sprache nicht) Da somit auch das Kochen, Föhnen, etc. nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich waren, muss hier dringen was passieren. Ein weiteres deutsches Ehepaar, welches seit Jahren in diesem Haus Ferien verbringt, bestätigte, dass dieser Stromengpass schon seit ca. 4 Jahren in dieser Form besteht.
