House with private pool with capacity for 6 people where you can enjoy the many opportunities that offers la Costa Brava. Located in el Puig Rom urbanization, one of the quietest areas of Roses. In the surroundings you can practice various activities such as bicycle or hiking routes and at only 1,5 km a sandy beach with one of the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast and also the promenade with magnificent views of the Roses Bay.

IMPORTANT :

CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining,  sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.

When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.

The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1.10 Euros per person and per day.

PETS : Pets are accepted in our accommodations. The price for this supplement is 25.00 Euros per pet for the whole stay.

    “Van het vakantiehuis mag meer verwacht worden voor deze prijs. De locatie en uitzicht op de zee en stad is mooi, maar het huis is slecht onderhouden. Bij binnenkomst stond een keukendeur in de woonkamer erg vreemd voor een eerste indruk. De keuken is aan vervanging toe. De oven en vaatwasser deden het niet. de legplanken in de koelkast waren provisorisch gerepareerd, maar vielen weer uit elkaar. Hierdoor konden de boodschappen niet goed in de koelkast geplaatst worden. De magnetron zat in een uitgesneden kader van een ander merk en zag er slordig uit. De lamellengordijnen waren verbogen en zag er daardoor slordig uit. Het meest belangrijke is het ontbreken van airco al waren er wel een aantal ventilatoren aanwezig. Met deze warmte is een airco onmisbaar. Door de hoge ligging en vele trappen is het niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. We hebben onze badlinnen pas op de dinsdag ontvangen, terwijl we het huis van zaterdag op zaterdag hadden.
