Isolated in the middle of nature, in the heart of the garrigue and the vineyard, independent gîte, decorated with originality and taste and with a "vintage" atmosphere. It is fitted out in a semi-circular building: the whole volume is open, just separated by the furniture, like a loft. On the ground floor: large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge (wood stove), and bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200), shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet. A pergola is set up in front of the gîte, covering the garden lounge area, chiliennes and barbecue. Beautiful swimming pool to share, calm, wide open spaces, hiking and mountain biking from the gîte. Shared petanque court. On the edge of a river, sometimes dried up in summer. Private parking. The owner lives on the site, as well as a second gîte for 6 people (66G104408). Access by a dirt road for 200 m, then by a tarmac road. Only one animal is allowed.
