The ground floor is about 60 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and a sofa bed. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. Second bedroom includes two separate beds. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toster and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and bidet.

The apartment has central air condition and heating.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are included.



The garden is equipped with garden furniture, outdoor shower and a grill. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. You can also park one car there.



Free Wi Fi included in price.



The nearest beach is only 50 met. away. There are a lot of caffes, restaurants and shops nearby. The property is in the city center.


We have five National parks only 1 hour by car from our holiday house: NP Plitvice, NP Sjeverni Velebit, NP Krka ( river with waterfalls), NP Kornati- islands ( organised tours from Zadar) and NP Paklenica as well - walking distance.
