The property is on a 3000 m² plot of land with beautiful old trees. The apartment is a newly developed wing of a former village school from 1878. It covers approximately 70 m², is designed with two levels of sleep, a sitting area with fireplace, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor. Everything in and around the house has been carefully renovated respecting the old building structure. Guests who have a sense of old houses can enjoy modern comfort without sacrificing comfort. The Lüneburg Heath offers a variety of things. It is a paradise for cyclist, nature lovers and culture lovers. Very interesting are the beautiful Heideklöster Wienhausen and Ebstorf and the towns of Lüneburg and Celle.

The entrance of the house is on a separate to the side of the road next to a car park and the passage to the garden. Since our house is on a edge of the village, from the apartment you have a magnificent view over meadows to the nearby swamp and some 100 m into the forest.
The apartment is designed openly about 4 levels and comprises of about 70 square meters. On the ground floor is the kitchen with bath behind it. On the first floor is the sleeping area, next level living area with fireplace and on the top a smaller second sleeping area.
