Bijou attic apartment with sauna and whirlpool

The sunny 3 1/2 room penthouse with partly 5m room height has a living area of 100 sqm and is centrally located but very quiet in Klosters Platz. It has a fantastic panoramic view of the mountains and down into the village. 2 terraces to the south and west invite you to linger. The flat is very high quality and tastefully furnished: Fireplace, kitchen with all the usual appliances incl. microwave and dishwasher; 2 marble bathrooms (one with whirlpool and double basin), towel dryer in both bathrooms; underfloor heating in all rooms; Radio, Sonos, HD cable TV, WiFi; Large bedroom wardrobes with interior lighting and over 20 hangers for trousers, shirts, blouses, dresses etc. as well as several shelves; Large wardrobe in the entrance area on which more than 12 down jackets and or coats can be hung; lift, sauna with 3 relaxation loungers and large shower with various jets and showers; Ski and ski boot room; Storage room for bicycles; Underground parking space; Charcoal grill, sun lounger and infrared heat lamp above the dining table on the terrace; Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
