Its distance from the Pula airport is just a little over 8 kilometers, and from the nearest beach less than 4. The town has a shop and a restaurant just a walk away. This magnificent property with outdoor Jacuzzi has all that it takes for a perfect vacation including a splendid sea-view. Quiet location. 5-minute drive from the beach.
Villa provides comfortable accommodation for up to max.22 guests in 9+2 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 7 bathrooms ,4 balconies with sea views and Brioni Islands Park Nacional and beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. Two cots and a high chair can be made available on request at no extra charge.
The house is suitable for people in wheelchairs.
The pool is 50m2. In the garden are two barbecues (one internal and one external).
Villa is spacious and well equipped. Inside you will find all that is needed for relaxation.
Pool heating with heat pump on request in April, May, June,September and October - Extra charge per week
The swimming pool and the terrace are surrounded by a green cultivated area.

Bed linen and towels are included. The house is suitable for people with wheelchairs. Larger groups are welcome.
