Comfortable holiday house with a community pool for four people at the heart of Provence

This comfortably furnished holiday home is a semi-detached house. It is located in the eastern region of the Luberon Regional Park at the heart of Provence on the Luberon Golf Course. The house was built in 1999 and last renovated in 2016.

The 70 m² house accommodates up to four people. The living/dining room is furnished with two sofas, a flat screen television, a stereo, a fireplace and a dining table and seating accommodation. The comfortable kitchen is furnished with a ceran stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds (1.80 meters) and large wardrobes. The bathroom boasts a shower, a toilet, a sink and a hairdryer. The separate guest bathroom boasts a sink and a toilet. All rooms have tiled floors, electric heating and Wi-Fi.

The Provencal style of the house fits beautifully into the landscape. The furnished patio with a barbecue offers stunning views over the hills in the distance. The comfortable house with its garden is great for relaxing. Outside, you can make use of the community pool during. Parking for two cars is available. Pets are permitted upon request.

The Luberon Golf Course is close by. It is a paradise for golfers. You can play 9 or 18 holes. Golf tournaments are held regularly. The golf course is in a beautiful setting with views over the surrounding region. It is 15 minutes to Les Vannades Lake. The area around the lake comprises 15 hectares. You can sail, learn to paddle and canoe and play miniature golf and volleyball. Enjoy a beautiful day here. Hiking trails and restaurants are also there. The lake is located in Manosque and is easily accessible. It is especially gorgeous from mid-June through mid-July. Lavender is in the air. It is two kilometres to the town centre with cafes and restaurants.

    “Schön eingerichtet und super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Anlage. Schöner Garten, etwas klein, aber es findet sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen auf der Terrasse oder im Garten. Gemeinschaftspool zum Abkühlen sehr angenehm, sofern man ihn zu den richtigen Zeiten (=wenige Besucher) nutzt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Auto für Einkäufe und Ausflüge unbedingt erforderlich.”

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr üppig, es fehlt an nichts. Im Gegenteil. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist gut durchdacht. Das Haus und die Anlage darum herum ist gepflegt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist Alles (Supermärkte - Restaurants usw.) in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Also, sehr zu empfehlen.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Helle und gemütliche Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. In der Küche alles vorhanden. Der Garten liebevoll angelegt. Besonders genossen haben wir das Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Wir haben noch in keiner Ferienwohnung so gut geschlafen. Man hört nur die Vögel zwitschern. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in näherer Umgebung, allerdings muss man das Auto benutzen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Vielen Dank!”
