Located in the holiday park Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz is this spacious holiday home. The rooms spread over two floors, so it offers enough space for your holiday. The house was designed with lots of light wood and marine details. The house is located on a man-made moat, and the Baltic Sea beach and the marina and sailing port of Olpenitz is just a short walk.
 
 On the top floor there is a bathroom and two separate bedrooms. The downstairs living room the sofa bed offers the possibility for two more beds. The bathroom on the ground floor is your private Infrarotauna holiday villa, which ensures a particularly pleasant atmosphere.
 
 Especially nice is the open terrace of the house. Here you can relax on the available sun beds or take meals together with the whole family. A charcoal grill is available here. On cold days, the fireplace in the living room makes for a cozy atmosphere.
 
 For entertainment, a DVD selection, DVD player and X-Box games console.
 
 Since the houses are right on the coast, we ask for your understanding that the patio furniture is available only during the summer months; in the winter months you will be safely stored because of the often strong wind.
 
 The flexible daily rate system itself offers found for all budgets and holiday types, from the spontaneous short break, a long weekend, the long, relaxing summer vacation or a break in the quieter off-season, when the Baltic Sea beaches offer plenty of space and it is more comfortable in the cottage ,
