    “Schönes, relativ neues Haus. Ruhige Lage. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, mit Klimaanlagen in beiden Stockwerken. Beide Wohnungen sind im ersten Stock, beide mit Meerblick vom Balkon.

    3 Betten im Obergeschoss. Achtung: Hier sehr niedrige Dachschrägen, und offene Schlafzimmer ohne Türen. Für Kinder gut geeignet - für Erwachsene eher nicht.

    Sehr sauber, alles Nötige ist vorhanden.

    Der Garten ist nicht mehr ganz so "frisch" wie auf den Bildern, aber trotzdem schön.
    Ausruhen im Liegestuhl unter Olivenbäumen.
    (Im Gespräch mit der Vermieterin wurde angedeutet, dass in Zukunft ein Pool im Garten gebaut werden soll.)

    Strand zu Fuß erreichbar - aber es lohnt sich, auch zu anderen Ständen zu fahren, die (je nach Geschmack) idyllischer oder belebter sein können.
    Bäcker, Pizzeria und kl. Gemüse-Händler zu Fuß in 5 Min. erreichbar.

    Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus (EG), und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Vermieterin spricht gut englisch.

    Leider waren die Vermieter bei Anreise abends nicht da - so standen wir einige Zeit ohne Ansprechpartner da, bis uns eine freundliche Nachbarin weiter helfen konnte. Empfehlung: Ggf. genaue Ankunftszeit vorher absprechen.

    Achtung bei der Anfahrt (etwas verwinkelt): Lage auf der Karte einprägen, da die Hausnummern in Peroj keine logische Reihenfolge haben.”
