Holiday apartment near the beach with a balcony and a shared pool, near the Velebit nature reserve
Would you like to simply relax and watch the sun setting over the sea? Then the little village of Cesarica just 5km from Karlobad, between the sea and the mountains in the Velebit nature reserve, is the right choice. The renovated apartment is on the upper floor of a private house. The ground-floor apartment is used by the owner’s family themselves as holiday accommodation.
The apartment measures 45m² and is suitable for four people. The bedroom has a double bed 180cm wide. The living room also provides a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning, satellite TV and a DVD player. The integrated, open kitchen has a dining space at the counter and is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and kettle. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, WC and washbasin.
The apartment features a lovely 12m² balcony with comfortable seating, where you can relax and admire the sunset. The pool and its terrace are shared with the owner’s family. There are two private car parking spaces by the house.
A highchair can be provided on request. Use of the air conditioning and the Internet connection is also free. A home help is included in the rental price and you can use the washing machine in the ground-floor apartment free of charge on request.
It is 1.5km to the nearest grocery shop and 5km to the nearest supermarket. It is just 300 metres to the beach and many bays will enchant you with their beauty, so you can relax away from the masses. If you would like to enjoy nightlife then you can drive to Pag, the famous Zrce or Zadar. It is 10km to the ferry to the island of Pag. Within 50 to 100 metres there are the three nature reserves Velebit, Plitvice Lakes and Paklenica.
