Surrounded by nature, pine trees and clean air, the holiday apartments in this house offer wonderful peace and quiet and a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. The house is just a stone’s throw from the centre of Starigrad.

Each apartment has a private furnished balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the mountains, admire how the mountains flow seamlessly into the sea, be amazed by fabulous sunsets and look out at beautiful pine trees full of the twittering of birds. Occasionally you even see a squirrel hopping through the branches. The shared terrace has a large brick-built outdoor grill for all those who love grill specialities, and a sitting corner in the shade of trees. You can sit together sociably here in the evenings and contemplate the day. There are ten car parking spaces on site.

The advantage of the apartments is the central location, also close to beautiful hiking and cycling trails. Shops and restaurants, as well as nature, are therefore easy to get to. The beaches are not far away either.

The 40m² apartment is on the first floor in the centre of the building. The apartment has a large, air-conditioned living room with a cooking niche, a dining table, a cupboard and armchair, as well as a large sofa bed you can relax or watch TV on by day and convert into a comfortable bed for two people at night. The kitchen corner is equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, microwave and kettle. The quiet bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed (160cm wide) and also has access to the terrace. The spacious bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC and washbasin with a large mirror.

The semicircular terrace affords a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, so you can dine outdoors.

Internet access, air conditioning, a bicycle and a cot can be used free of charge.

Wonderful peace of pine hugs, not far from the center of Starigrad, where you on the balconies can enjoy singing witnesses and see squirrels playing in the trees nearby. Unforgettable views from all suites, where the mountains flow into the sea and you can enjoy at the end of the day in the beautiful fairytale sunsets.
For all guests, lovers of grilled specialties we have a large fireplace in the corner for socializing and enjoying a pleasant freshly baked food in a nice quiet shade of pine trees and singing birds.
