Quiet loft flat in Cannes

This friendly flat is located in the heart of Cannes; you'll find everything within easy reach (the port, the sandy beaches of the Croisette, the magnificent Forville market, the restaurants and shops of the Rue d'Antibes, etc.) while staying in a very quiet, spacious and well-equipped apartment.

As the flat is located in the city centre, it does not have an outside terrace. A very large underground public car park is located 50 metres from the entrance to the building.

The flat comprises a large LIVING ROOM (43 m²) with an integrated open-plan kitchen, a dining area for 6 people, a lounge area with a 2-seater sofa bed, a 40' cable TV + BluRay player and very high-speed fibre-optic WiFi. The view from the lounge is of the historic Suquet district. The modern KITCHEN has a large fridge/freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, small electrical appliances (microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.), and all crockery and cutlery for 6 people. An independent BEDROOM can be fitted with either a double bed (160cm) or 2 separate single beds. A magnificent BATHROOM with a large shower, washing machine and heated towel rail. The entire flat is equipped with reversible AIR CONDITIONING, and is brand new (equipment and furnishings). Its "loft" feel, with its exposed beams and vast space, has won over many visiting guests.

The sandy beaches are a 5-6 minute walk away. All food shops and numerous restaurants are less than 100 metres away. Everything is close by, so you can spend your holiday without using your car.

The flat is on the 3rd floor without a lift, so it is a little difficult for disabled people.
