Apartment with a modern interior and a sea view

The house is in a quiet part of Selce, just 200 metres from the coast and with a view of the sea.

The apartment is on the first floor of the house, measures 45m² and can accommodate a maximum of four people. It consists of a living and dining room with a kitchen unit, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. The living room provides a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed (140 x 200cm) for two people, armchairs, a coffee table and satellite TV. The kitchen with modern electric appliances (dishwasher, oven stove) and the dining table is also integrated into the living room. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (140 x 200cm). The interior is rounded off by a bathroom with a shower and WC.

The living room opens onto the furnished terrace. A parking space is available on site.

The washing machine is in the laundry room on the ground floor.

Selce is in Kvarner Bay, near the larger town of Crikvenica, which it is connected to via a pathway three kilometres long. Selce is known as an old fishing village. It is ideal for both a quiet and a dynamic holiday, with many activities such as swimming, hiking, cycling, sports and fishing. There are various types of beach: concrete, stone, and sand, so something for everyone.
