This stunning luxury new chalet sits in a very private spot at the slopes edge of the prestigious Chalets d'Adelaïde development with near unrestricted views of the piste and Grimentz. 

The piste can be accessed a short 5 minute walk up the hill in the morning and you can ski downhill to the same point to return. The lifts and the village with its après ski, shops and restaurants is a short walk down the hill.

Chalet La Luge sleeps ten adults and is spaciously presented over 3 floors with 250 m2 of living space. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom chalet has been beautifully finished in 2022/23  to a very high standard throughout with traditional shutters, wood shingled roofs, wide plank parquet, natural stone, wool curtains, high end designer furniture, appliances and luxury bedding as well as radiant heat and excellent wifi throughout. It features 3 double bedrooms and a bunkroom, four bathrooms (two ensuite), a small sauna and an office / dressing room with an extra queen sleeper sofa (adjoining the master bedroom) as well as several outdoor seating areas, a laundry room and ample closet space. The two car garage and private ski room sit above the chalet. 

Leading off from the large entrance hall is the spacious and private master suite with an extra long king sized bed, an ensuite natural stone bathroom with a generous soaking tub and separate rain shower room and wc cubicle. The large walk in closet / office has a queen sofa bed and a door that closes for privacy. This room can ideally be used for conference calls or to sleep young children. There is also an east facing covered balcony ideal for your morning coffee with stunning views over the Anniviers mountain range and the picturesque village of Grimentz below.

Down a flight of stairs is the modern open plan entertainment space, featuring a large living room with a wood burning fire, a plush corner sofa, TV and with sliding double doors leading onto a large wooden terrace, partially under roof, with lovely views over both the mountains and village, as well as a south facing sun terrace with a gas grill, views over the beautifully landscaped garden and the Zinal mountains. There is also another outdoor breakfast seating area overlooking the piste and village to the North.

The adjacent modern kitchen / dining room is very well equipped with an island, old wood cabinets, granite countertops, 2 sinks and 2 V-Zug dishwashers, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender, bluetooth speakers, toaster, as well as raclette and fondue equipment for a traditional Swiss feast for 10. There is ample dining space for 10 both inside and outside through a sliding door to the terrace.

Down a further flight of stairs are 3 additional bedrooms (one with TV) and 3 bathrooms (one en suite). There is also a 3 person programmable sauna as well as a laundry room with a V-Zug washer/ dryer stack. Each room can access the downstairs terrace (and Jacuzzi) through French doors and stone steps connects this terrace up to the main floor.

The private garage can accommodate 2 cars and there is an adjoining private ski room (16 m2) with heated floors,  electric boot warmers for 12, and plenty of seating and storage for snowboards, skis, boots and helmets.
