The finca "Ses Cases de Tenja" with its soft sandstone, almost reminiscent of a castle, offers a fabulous 360° view of the rolling hills in the east of the island. From the elegant pool area, which with its generous 10 x 5 metres is also suitable for ambitious swimmers. You also have a view of the surrounding landscape, which is characterised by citrus, fig and olive trees, which will have a direct decelerating effect on your body. A shaded area by the pool offers the opportunity to take a break from the sun from time to time and relax on the sunbeds thanks to the awning.

Three steps lead to the varied outdoor area. Trees, shrubs and lovely details such as a blue-painted bench create a beautiful setting where larger groups of travellers can enjoy plenty of privacy. There is a long garden table under a thatched roof, where a delicious dinner can be served after a relaxing day on holiday. Next to it is a state-of-the-art gas barbecue, which can be used to cook with millimetre precision. Winding paths and stairs lead to further seating areas, and there is also a balcony on the upper floor that is well worth seeing - a table tennis table awaits you at the back of the house!

The interior of the property is a real eye-catcher: the owners have succeeded in preserving the rustic-rural core with many natural sandstone walls, while a minimalist-modern furnishing style skilfully adds airy accents. The high ceilings in the living and dining room in the left half of the house are almost reminiscent of a monastery building, which is extremely cosy with the sofas in natural colours, the fireplace and the warm lighting concept. There is also a dining table in the kitchen with its large panoramic window, where you will find all the modern conveniences that make it easy to prepare exquisite dishes. The living and dining room in the right-hand half, which is open to the kitchen, is in no way inferior and, although it is slightly smaller, will certainly offer you a cosy hour or two. Both are equipped with a Smart TV, so you can watch a good film or simply listen to the crackling of the fire.

The house has 7 double bedrooms, 2 of which can also be used as four-bed rooms, as the owner can provide two extra beds (90x200). The right half of the house has two double bedrooms and a bathroom, while the left half has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Upstairs in the slightly smaller right-hand half of the house, another couple can enjoy the luxury of the en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms also has a bathtub for sensual, tingling relaxation. If you are travelling with a large group of 14, 16 or 18 people, Finca "Ses Cases De Tenja" is ideal for you.

Nature lovers will get their money's worth in the region: hiking and cycling tours take you to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Petra, Ariany or Santa Margalida, for example, where rustic wineries invite you to sample the local wine culture. After climbing the 473 metre-high Calicant mountain, you can take a look at the many beautiful bays on the east coast. Places like Portocristo and Cala Ratjada offer a wide choice, from the quiet promenade to wild party nights. You can spend lush beach days on the sandy beach of Sa Coma before returning to your finca "Ses Cases de Tenja" and putting the icing on the cake with a dip in the pool.
