The Aigrette Garzette gîte is located at the port of Aiguelèze, halfway between Albi and Gaillac, where you can hire a boat without a licence, sail down the Tarn to the Episcopal City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or enjoy a glass of Gaillac wine! All these activities are offered by Arthur, the owner of the site, who welcomes you and offers discounts on these activities when you stay at the Aigrette Garzette!
The Port d'Aiguelèze also has two restaurants, an inflatable water and land games park in summer, canoe and paddles for hire, and the Aigulèze Golf Club just 800 metres away... There's no shortage of nature-based leisure activities.
** LE GITE **
Semi-detached house located less than 50m from the port of Ailguelèze. A terrace in front of the gîte allows you to enjoy the rising sun while sipping your morning coffee. A gate closes the access.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning:
- sitting area with sofa and TV
- fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave.
- separate toilet
Access to the first floor via a spiral staircase:
- two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed and dressing room, opening onto the terrace at the rear of the gîte
- a third bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and en suite shower room with double basin. View over the harbour.
- shower room with shower, washbasin, wc and washing machine.
Outside: a second terrace/garden is located to the rear of the house, in a completely enclosed area with plancha and garden table. Part of the frontage is unoverlooked as it is to the rear of the neighbouring house. Roller blind for this second terrace to enjoy the sun at the end of the day.
Communal parking located just 20m away.
