Cosy country house in Pollença, tastefully decorated and very pleasant, with beautiful mountain views and a charming Mediterranean garden. Conveniently located, in a quiet and safe area, and close to the centre of the town of Pollença, as well as to restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
The villa has only one floor, which is suitable for people with limited mobility and also safer for children, and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double with double bed, and 2 other double bedrooms with 2 single beds, with a total capacity for 6 people. It has 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. The independent induction kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary kitchen utensils and cutlery.
The well-kept and charming garden has a private swimming pool, and all the necessary terrace furniture to spend comfortable and relaxing moments outside in the summer, both in the sun and in the shade. There is also a traditional barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals and dinners with family and friends.
The property has internet access (WiFi), heat pump heating and air conditioning. It also has a private outdoor parking area, with enough space for rental cars.
