Lovely country house with great pool area
Comfortable and lovely fresh style 3 bedroom country house with private pool to rent in a quiet rural area close to Es Carritxo - Felanitx, Mallorca. It offers a beautiful and kell kept outside area; an ideal place to relax. Only 9 km. away are the sandy coves Cala Sanau or Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda in Cala D'Or. Felanitx with a large weekly market is 7 km. away.
One storey country house with a tastefully combined style of modern and traditional furnishings. From the entrance there is direct access to the living/dining room with sliding doors that connect to the covered terrace and pool area. Beside the dining area is the kitchen. The house offers three double bedrooms -one of them with en suite shower room-. There is a second bathroom with separate corner bath and shower.
Fantastic well-kept outside area, with a covered terrace and a table to enjoy outside meals overlooking the pool. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace and lawned areas with palm trees; a very special spot were you can relax and spend the long summery days.
