-Detached, ground floor bungalow for 5 persons, own plot of approx. 350 square metres-2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, 1 bedroom with 2 x single bed 0.90 x 2.00 m + 1x bunk bed 0.90 x 2.00 m (accessible via ladder)-large living room with 6.5 m window front down to the floor-covered sun terrace with garden furniture and parasol-carport and further parking space at the house-fully equipped fitted kitchen. There is also a separate, lockable storage room.Free WLAN at the holiday village administration (but not in the house)The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dike, the ferry dock (including passenger / bicycle ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 square metre inland lake belonging to the holiday village (with an approx. 500 square metre sandy lawn directly on the inland lake, swimming pontoon and jetties).The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry landing stage and starting point for guided mudflat walks is about 800 m away. The holiday village is idyllically situated away from the traffic and has the "To'n Spieker" dyke inn, bicycle hire, children's playground and a 1,000 m² play area with beach volleyball court, badminton court, basketball hoop, outdoor table tennis table, sandpit and swings.

    “Leider keine Bademöglichkeit in der Nähe gewesen, wir waren zwar direkt hinterm Deich, aber baden war da nicht möglich, zu steinig, zu felsig. Kein Sandstrand und alles eher nur mit Auto bzw Fahrrad zu erreichen. Positiv: Die Nähe zum Wasser, wenn es dann mal da war. Negativ: Keine Einzäunung...

    “Ansonsten sehr schöne Ferienanlage, absolut zum Erholen Negativ: Es kommen noch eine Menge an Nebenkosten hinzu, egal ob Bettwäsche, Endreinigung, Strom, Wasser.... Das drückt den Preis nochmal ganz schön nach oben.....”
