An open staircase leads to the pool and bedroom level of this spacious house and from the living level above with a covered terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view over the sea, the Altea plain and the Aitana mountains. A tennis court as well as a golf course can be reached at a distance of 1 km from the urbanization. At the foot of the mountain is the wonderful marina Campomanes, which invites with its restaurants and bars to an evening stroll. But you should not forget to visit the old town of Altea, whose center is the church with its famous blue dome. During the evening stroll through the old town you will pass boutiques, art stores and many restaurants, some of which offer a fantastic view from the terrace on the illuminated bay of Altea.
