Next to it there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle. Furthermore, at this level there is a bathroom and a storage room. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, one spacious double one and two single bedrooms. Furthermore, a fully equipped bathroom and a small hallway with a working space and a seating area. Finally, at the lowest level there are two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom.The villa is fully equipped with modern appliances, such as Satellite TV sets, Wi-Fi coverage, individually controlled air conditioners, HiFi, DVD, washing machine, tumble dryer.
