The courtyard extends over 1300 square meters with a spacious 180 square meter villa and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. The villa is on a very quiet place and is very well connected to the center. To the main beach next to restaurants, bars, promenade you can reach 6-7 minutes with an easy walk. The beach is 900m from the villa. The villa has 4 beautifully furnished rooms with 4 private bathrooms, each with air conditioning, a Wi-Fi connection and access to the pool. The kitchen, which is fully equipped with kitchen elements, has a large dining table and an exit to the garden in the pool. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols as well as BBQ. The villa also offers private parking. The Villa Sandra is wonderful to rent for a pleasant vacation near the sea.

    “Ein Haus mit Potenzial, welches leider super feucht war. Außerdem ist der Garten total vernachlässigt und das Haus war bei der Übergabe total dreckig, was unseren Urlaub mit putzen hat beginnen lassen. Außerdem war die Einrichtung vor allem die Küchenausstattung super dürftig (es gab nur eine Schüssel). Der Pool war aber top temperiert und es war eine tolle Aufteilung, sodass wir mit 8 Erwachsenen und Hund super wohnen konnten.”

    “Bis auf die anfänglichen Kleinigkeiten und weitere kleine Ungereimtheiten, wurde genau das geliefert, was versprochen wurde. Positiv: Vom Äußeren haben wir fast genau das bekommen, was wir erwartet haben. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr flexibel. Als es einige Probleme mit der Heizung und dem warmen Wasser gab, hat sich die Vermieterin darum gekümmert und das behoben. Negativ: Zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und es gab Probleme mit der Heizung. Die Temperatur des "beheizten" Pools wurde von der Vermieterin gesteuert und war eher niedrig. Die sehr modernen Duschen auf den Bildern lassen in Ihrer Qualität zu wünschen übrig.”
