Cosy holiday home with a private pool and views of the ocean

This small holiday home is an ad on guest house in a beautiful garden in between Malaga and Marbella on the Costa del Sol. It is quietly located. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the patio. On clear days, you can see Gibraltar. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach and the ocean.



The 35 m² property boasts a spacious living room with a fully loaded kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm double bed and is adjacent to the bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. A satellite television and a radio are at your disposal. A safe lets you keep your valuables safe. Heating and air conditioning is available upon request (usage charged separately).



The beautiful communal garden has two levels and is fully enclosed. On the upper level is the holiday home with a private, furnished patio, as well as the owner's home; the lower level houses the private pool. The pool patio is furnished with plenty of seating accommodation and sun loungers, as well as a barbecue. There is even an outdoor shower. Parking is available street side, about 10 meters from the property.



A USB stick for internet access is available upon request and at a fee. Fees are charged according to data usage.



Restaurants, a supermarket, and bars can be reached within ten minutes. Enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches. Aquatic sports abound. It is about 500 m to an 18 hole golf course. The landlord will happily advise you on places to see and things to do. It is 20 minutes to Marbella and a 40 minute drive to Malaga and the airport. We highly recommend a boat trip on the road of Gibraltar, where you can spot dolphins, whales and turtles.
