Wonderfully light and spacious, this comfortable apartment is well-appointed and equipped with everything you need to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It has been finished to a high standard with essential amenities and modern conveniences such as air conditioning, 3D Smart slim LED TVs in each room and WiFi. There is also a private terrace for your enjoyment. Competitively priced, its quality, location and generous size make it a great valuable choice.

This luxurious Duplex four bedroom apartment of 150 m2, is situated at one of Prague's most scenic places, in the very middle of the city, just next to the Wenceslas Square, nonetheless located in an absolutely quiet street. A mere walking distance away are the popular Old Town Square and the Old Jewish Town. Other sights within reach, are the Republic Square, the Charles Square, the Peace Square, the Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle area. This place is one of Prague secrets, fashionable, friendly and brimming with street-side cafes and terrace restaurants, it couldn't be more central, the Wenceslas Square is undoubtedly one of the most sung about, described and romanticized district of Prague.

The Apartment is located on the fifth floor in a building with lift.

Property description: 4 bedrooms, large living room, dinning area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, office corner, utility room and terrace.

Beds disposition: 3 king size beds and 2 single beds.

Layout: The lower level consists of a living room with a fully fitted open space kitchen, a dinning area, a terrace, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The upstairs is reached by a designer steel and wood staircase, there are the third and the fourth bedrooms, the second bathroom and the storage room. The apartment boasts high quality materials.

The city center is easily navigated by walk, however, Prague benefits from an extensive transport network with, metro, tram and buses. The metro is one of the best ways to get around being fast and cheap and running for 7 days a week. Despite its reputation it’s fairly easy to navigate and quite safe. Subway maps are displayed in trains and pocket maps are available at stations. The nearest metro stations are Museum and Mustek.

    „Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einer perfekten Lage in der Innenstadt. Ein paar kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen würden der Unterkunft gut tun ,was aber dem Gesamteindruck nicht schmälert und über die man hinwegsehen kann auf Grund der Lage und des Superpreises. Daumen hoch, gerne wieder. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Oberstes Stockwerk mit Fahrstuhl, sehr schön.“
